Hello! My name is Kaley Jones, a digital artist based in Atlanta, GA, specializing in 2D illustrated backgrounds, world-building and prop design. Currently, I am a student at Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD), where I am passionately pursuing my bachelor's degree in animation with a concentration in story-telling and concept development.

From a very early age, art has served as my primary form of self-expression, a language through which I communicate my thoughts, feelings, and ideas. What began as a simple way to capture these feelings, quickly transformed into a powerful outlet for imagination, creativity, collaborations, and connecting with others.​ Opening up an entire world for me.

Following my dreams to my desired career I now find myself at Savannah College of Art and Design where I am developing the skills necessary to excel as a visual developer and background artist. My time at SCAD has not only allowed me to explore various techniques and mediums, but has also connected me with a vibrant community of fellow artists who inspire and motivate me. I am constantly pushing my boundaries, experimenting with new ideas, and learning the nuances of creating captivating backgrounds and immersive worlds. My goal is to build a strong foundation that will equip me to contribute meaningfully to the animation industry once I graduate.
